**ABOUT THE JOB**

We are seeking a customer service superstar, with a mechanical aptitude to join our workshop team for a 6-month maternity leave position. This exciting opportunity is full-time, fixed term with the potential for extension if the right fit. This is a diverse role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, front of house and support workshop co-ordination. You will work closely with the workshop technicians and business owners to plan and schedule day-today activities including service bookings, technical diagnoses and large repair jobs as well as ensuring progression through projects and backlog.

Your day-to-day activities will include;

**ABOUT YOU**

Looking for a self-motivated individual who is a quick learner with interest in the automotive industry, or maybe a Service advisor from dealership looking to join a family-owned business. - You have a basic automotive understanding - Previous Customer Service experience - General Administration and basic computer skills - Time management skills - Attention to detail - Must have reliable vehicle and current Australian driver's license

**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

We are a family owned and operated automotive service center conveniently located in West Ipswich. We are Expert mechanics and offer repair and maintenance to all makes and models of vehicle including; logbook servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on 4×4s and commercial vehicles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $49,218.44 - $60,000.00 per year
