About the role

We are looking for a Receptionist to join the Ipswich team on a permanent, full time basis.

Our Receptionist is the first person our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the team in building relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Support branch administration which may include banking, purchasing, reporting, bookkeeping / reconciling accounts, promotions, marketing and any other administrative activities as required
Physical presentation of front office including displays.
Handling client queries and / or referring on to specialised staff as required.
Being first point of call for visitors to Branch including Clients and Staff
Responsible for collection and sorting of correspondence and deliveries

About you

Have previous administration experience
Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
Organised, efficient and can work autonomously
Willingness to learn new skills and a can-do attitude
