We are seeking a diligent production worker oozing with initiative to join our small team working in a busy award winning artisan dairy food manufacturing facility on the Bellarine Peninsula. Flexible work hours available to suit a work/life balance. No tedious duties as no two days are the same. Supply quality cultured butter to chefs, bakers, retail stores, cafes and supermarkets.

About you:

- Attention to detail is a must.
- You have the ability to multi-task and follow instructions to meet food and safety guidelines.
- Experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
- Outgoing personality with a good level of customer relations skills
- You have a strong work ethic and are reliable.

Availability: Monday - Friday
Young and vibrant atmosphere.
Must be flexible with hours.
2-5 shifts per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

A good understanding of computer programs is required.

A passion for food is a must with an interest in the creation and branding of quality products.

**Production line and/or factory processing of meats does not constitute experience relevant to this position.**
