We have several Sandwich Artist positions available at the following Subway store:

2-20 Kingston Downs Dr, Ocean Grove VIC 3226

  • We are looking for 10 new part-time team members.
  • High school students (Year 9, 10, 11, and 12) are welcome to apply.
Shifts Schedule
  • Morning staff
  • Day/Lunch staff
  • Evening shift

Lots of room for growth, with training provided.

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales, or customer service is desirable but not essential, as full training and University of Subway courses will be provided. What's more important is a winning attitude. If you are currently working in retail or a restaurant, studying, or have recently graduated and are looking to start a career in the food industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

  • Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
  • Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
  • Comply with Food Code of Practice
  • Till operation
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Checking in deliveries
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Following security & safety procedures
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers
  • Maintaining high personal presentation in the uniform to meet Subway brand and customer expectations
  • Working as a team member
  • Delivering high standards of service in products, sales, and catering to customer needs

As a Sandwich Artist, you will serve and add value to customer needs efficiently and friendly. You will promote Subway brand awareness and ensure hygiene standards are met. Working as a Sandwich Artist is challenging but highly rewarding.
