The Organisation We are a small company is a family-owned artisan dairy food producer on the Bellarine Peninsula, producing award-winning products. Our family values mean the quality of our products and the service we provide need to be of the highest and most personalised of standards.

Our facility is small and is currently undergoing a restructure to scale up process and volume.
This role will be responsible for taking our company to the next level under the guidance and direction of the Director.

The Position
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and dedicated team player with a great work ethic, strong attention to detail and a willingness to take on any task that is required in the day-to
- day operation of our business. This is a position with longevity in a company that is constantly innovating.
The position is a permanent role with part-time hours. Full-time hours are open for negotiation.

About the job:
Working in a dairy food production facility, it is vital that you:

- Wear appropriate PPE (supplied)
- Ensure our product is produced and packed to meet required standards;
- Adhere to all site policies and procedures, including but not limited to, OH&S, HACCP and
Covid-19

The successful applicant must possess the following:

- Strong attention to detail;
- Reliable and punctual;
- Ability to problem solve;
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 20kg is required;
- Willingness to follow instructions, and adhere to OH&S and company policies;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- Food handling/production experience preferred but not essential;
- A good understanding of cleaning and basic hygiene requirements;
- Own reliable transport, with a current driver’s licence.
- *Please note this role is in no way the same as food production line processing. _

Key responsibilities:

- Manage staff to fulfill orders correctly and on time;
- Sanitising/cleaning (CIP) of production equipment and machinery parts;
- Working and communicating in a team environment to complete tasks;
- Completing paperwork as required;
- Produce fermented cream;
- Monitor and supervise churning procedures correctly;
- Monitor and regularly update food safety plan in accordance with Dairy Food Safety Victoria
(DFSV).
- Experience working with food is essential with a good understanding of food safety.
- Initiative and motivation are key to the success of this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
