Sourdough Baker - Full Time

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sourdough Baker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with artisan techniques and high-quality ingredients in a supportive and creative environment.

About the role:

- Mixing, shaping, and baking sourdough breads and related products
- Maintaining consistent quality and standards
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Ensuring food safety and cleanliness in the bakery

About you:

- Experience in sourdough bread baking (commercial or artisan bakery preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fermentation, dough handling, and baking processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Passionate about artisan baking and producing high-quality products
