Operations Assistant

Our Client, a leading provider of modification and upgrade services to assets both on
- and offshore, currently have a vacancy for an Operations Assistant to join their team based in Invergordon, Ross-shire.

This is to cover a period of maternity leave, a contract of at least nine months but possible longer.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Administrative duties
- Providing support to the managers
- Getting involved with projects
- Arranging travel and accommodation for personnel
- Processing timesheets
- Document preparation and filing as required
- Answering calls, dealing with queries from customers and suppliers
- Other ad-hoc administration duties with other departments

**Requirements**:

- General administrative experience
- Good level of IT skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work on own initiative with minimum supervision required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Hours of work**:

- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week approx.
