**Job description**:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join our Client based in Evanton, Ross-shire. This will initially be on a contract basis with a view of becoming a permanent position.

The role will be mainly focussed on providing HR support including, but not limited to:

- Assisting with recruitment process
- New start, leaver and contract amendment administration
- Sickness absence monitoring
- Maintaining employee records and HRI systems
- Monthly reporting
- Occupational Health scheduling and record keeping
- Ad-hoc tasks to support operations
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and numeracy skills
- Experience of dealing with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- Flexibility
- Previous experience of working within an engineering environment would be advantageous however is not essential
