We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to develop and implement effective digital strategies that achieve recruitment targets and support organisational growth. This role involves leading integrated communications campaigns, managing communication channels, and building strong relationships across the Curtin and Navitas networks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement an annual digital marketing communications plan in consultation with the Director of Marketing and Admissions to deliver growth targets based on market research and trends.
- Craft and execute communication and digital marketing strategies aligned with recruitment goals.
- **Campaign and Channel Management**:

- Develop and coordinate digital communications marketing campaigns to achieve ROI.
- Manage all communication channels, ensuring alignment with strategy and performance targets.
- Explore and implement new opportunities for optimisation and growth based on data insights.
- **Content Development**:

- Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, including student testimonials, case studies, and promotional publications.
- Oversee the creation and management of artwork, from content briefing to final design.
- **Data and Performance Monitoring**:

- Provide regular reports and data analytics to the DMA, tracking prospect engagement and campaign outcomes.
- Monitor channel performance, identify variances, and optimise activity for maximum impact.
- **Collaboration and Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Curtin and Navitas networks to support coordinated efforts.
- Support offshore Marketing Managers with events, inbound campus activities, and recruitment initiatives.
- **Project Management**:

- Identify, plan, and manage integrated campaigns to ensure timely delivery and achievement of objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to explore new opportunities and adapt to changing market conditions.
