**About the role**

The **Delivery Lead** role will lead the delivery of high-profile, complex business and technical initiatives in ATCO’s Technology function. You will be driving collaboration and delivery of value across cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders effectively and focusing on quality and reliable outcomes within an agile framework.

**Key role accountabilities**
- Leading the delivery of strategically aligned initiatives across onshore and offshore cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including planning and executing quarterly planning routines.
- Measuring, monitoring and reporting progress towards objectives and facilitating corrective actions to eliminate or minimise erosion of value, including day-to-day management of vendor partner delivery.
- Fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring transparent communication and seamless coordination to achieve overarching organisational and delivery goals.
- Maintaining traceability of requirements and deliverables from idea to implementation of value.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with stakeholders across partner functions, communicating frequently and transparently, and serving as a trusted delivery advisor.
- Creating a culture of delivery excellence, identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies, and providing insights, feedback, and recommendations to enhance agile delivery.

**What we are looking for**
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, human resources, organisational psychology, business administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing product teams in the delivery of value at scale with cross-functional teams, with a particular focus in DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience in governance and reporting as well as presenting to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex and technical issues to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different departments and business units.
- Experience with vendor delivery in a DevOps environment.
- Understanding and experience in utility-related industries and/or asset management is preferred.
