As a Service Delivery Manager, you will manage the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
- Optimizing the financial performance of the business unit with direct oversight for the P&L
- Collaborating with sales teams and customers to drive and execute strategies to grow share and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with the business demand.
- Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio.
- Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have related years of experience in oil field services.
- Have previous experience in **Drilling Services or Drilling Completion Fluids** field
- Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
