**About the role**:
Our Coordination Team is looking for a new team member to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, no two days are ever the same — priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability and focus are key.

You’ll thrive here if you’re super-organised, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure, with a genuine passion for teamwork. This position works on a rotating roster, including public holiday coverage. We’re after someone who brings energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to every challenge.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Handling incoming calls and directing them across the business.
- Managing and updating the Client Activities Calendar, including design and delivery.
- Coordinating client services and Caregiver schedules using Dovida’s matching principles.
- Maintaining accurate records in client and Caregiver platforms.
- Supporting Caregivers through regular communication and guidance.
- Assisting with admin tasks and driving continuous improvement.
- Providing occasional coverage on public holidays and after-hours.

**About You**:
You’re confident, collaborative, and driven by purpose. You bring:

- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A big heart, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors.
- Experience with Canva, Microsoft 365, and Mailchimp (or similar tools).
- A knack for learning new technologies and interpreting data.
- Scheduling or Aged Care experience (advantageous but not essential).
- A flexible, team-first attitude and readiness to help wherever needed.
