**_The Opportunity _**

An opportunity exists to join the Infinite team as a full time Workforce Optimisation Coordinator. Reporting to the Workforce Optimisation Manager the position will be responsible for creating and managing master rosters for a group of Residential Aged Care sites across the Infin8 Care Group, ensuring resident services are staffed to achieve the highest standards of client care whilst adhering to Infin8 Care values, policies, and procedures_._
- Plan and maintain staff rosters using Humanforce/Time Target to achieve best practice rostering outcomes.
- Assisting with workforce planning.
- Monitoring mandatory qualifications are current.
- Allocating new staff to master rosters ensuring contractual and industrial requirements are met.
- Updating rosters to reflect contract variations.
- Allocating staff to unassigned shifts to maximise staff utilisation.
- Rolling and publishing of master rosters.
- Reporting & escalation of areas of non-compliance.

**_ About You_**

At Infin8care_, _we hire on attitude and aptitude, so you **DO NOT** need experience in the aged care sector - you do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values of Diversity, Compassion, Accountability, Excellence, Integrity, and Empowerment and have a desire to provide the very best service in all that you do. In addition to this you will have:

- A minimum 12 months experience using rostering systems - experience with Humanforce or Time Target is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and absorb awards and industrial requirements.
- An appreciation and acceptance of different backgrounds and beliefs.
- A high attention to detail as well as an appreciation for a job well done.
- While demonstrated experience in an aged care setting is not mandatory, experience with residential aged care rostering will be highly regarded._
