**Role Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the Sales and Account Management team, you’ll manage digital campaigns for SMBs across a broad range of Industries
- Have regular calls, manage reporting and build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Collaborate with Trading teams to improve campaign performance, make recommendations to achieve campaign goals
- Closely monitor campaign performance and identify potential campaign issues in a timely manner
- Keep up to date on News Xtend’s suite of products, provide customer solutions to Sales teams to drive future business
- Involvement in various team projects
**Skills and Experience**:
- Excellent written & presentation skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns, strong problem-solving skills and quickly build rapport
- Positive, can-do attitude to deliver across multiple deadlines in fast paced environment
- Ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business
- Comfortable following detailed workflow processes
- Previous experience within digital is preferred
