**THE ROLE OF DIRECTOR, MAINTENANCE DELIVERY TRANSFORMATION**

The Director, Maintenance Delivery Transformation is responsible for leading an integrated program to transform the delivery of maintenance and facilities management services, strategic asset management and enabling business and technology systems.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Lead the successful delivery of complex, large scale transformation program that delivers both business and/or technology solutions, to enable Homes Victoria to achieve renter and value for money outcomes.
- Build a high performing program team comprised of VPS employee resources, contractors, and consultants, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources and skills to the appropriate projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance across multiple projects including quality assurance against the program scope, cost, schedule and outcomes, ensuring disciplined and high-quality delivery across key compliance and project management standards.
