Our client is sourcing for a confident, passionate and energetic retail leader to manage a 16 store portfolio in WA. You will have a high success rate in developing people, leading team engagement, results focused, operational excellence and focused on delivering excellent customer service in the fashion sector.

**The Job Role**:

- Portfolio of 16 sites across the wider Perth region
- Inspire your team on a daily basis
- Encourage a high performance culture within your area
- Develop and coach store managers
- Lead from the front with customer experience
- Understand the market and explore opportunities
- Recruitment, training and succession planning
- Achieve profitability through execution of consistent store standards

**What you will need to Bring**:

- Multi site experience leading a large portfolio of stores
- A genuine approach to building and developing your team
- Hands on and inspirational leader
- Clear understanding on how to influence results
- Self motivated and energetic leader with a solution focused attitude
- Authentic customer service approach
- High attention to detail with store standards and processes
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Honest and transparent communicator
- Strong financial understanding to achieve sales and profit objectives
