As a part of our 10-year strategic plan, we have a new role for a **Stakeholder and Partnerships Specialist **within our growing** Integrated Solutions Group**.
The Integrated Solutions Group contributes to Urban Utilities’ purpose and vision and enhances the liveability of our communities through safeguarding financial and economic sustainability of the business, planning to meet the needs of our customers and management of the long-term water cycle and our environmental responsibilities.
Reporting to the Manager Stakeholder Management, Influencing and Partnerships, the role of Stakeholder and Partnerships Specialist is integral in leading the **development of the stakeholder and partnerships influencing strategy, **and its implementation and evaluation of stakeholder engagement with key internal stakeholders to support the achievement of Urban Utilities strategic objectives.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Support the development of an overarching stakeholder and partnerships strategy for Urban Utilities, and associated implementation plans for key stakeholders and partners in Government, the water industry, the development industry and other priority sectors. Implement an appropriate project management methodology and develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the outcomes articulated in the strategy are achieved, performance is measured and communicated across the business.
- Represent the organisation in key government, industry and professional forums to enhance the relationship, brand and reputation of the Urban Utilities and increase stakeholder understanding of key corporate deliverables including the Urban Utilities servicing strategy and approach to remaking the water cycle across the Urban Utilities service area..
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate a coordinated approach to external stakeholder management which considers internal needs/issues/concerns to support the strategic direction and desired business outcomes of Urban Utilities.
- Through engagement with stakeholders and partners, establish active and collaborative partnerships across Government, Industry and priority environment, business and other sectors and identify business opportunities as a result of your engagement.
- Develop and coordinate the framework to facilitate the sharing of information from stakeholders and partners throughout Urban Utilities, in association with an internal communication program to ensure all key internal stakeholders have access to timely and relevant information from partners and stakeholders.
- Support the Manager, Stakeholder Management, Influencing and Partnerships in developing a positive and enabling team culture and contribute to the overall leadership culture of the Integrated Solutions group.
**About You**:
- Tertiary qualifications in either Business, Marketing, Communications or Stakeholder and Partnership management or equivalent industry experience
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of State and Local Government decision making frameworks, including policy and legislation in relation to the water sector.
- Demonstrated achievement in the development, delivery and evaluation of stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships which contribute to the success of an organisation.
- Knowledge and experience in the leveraging of co-investment into project innovations from Government, Industry or other partners.
