**The Role**

As a significant employer in the Disability and Aged Care Sector, Morcare have a strong focus on providing our support workers with comprehensive training relevant to our industry and their specific job roles. To support this endeavour, we are currently seeking a full time Training Coordinator to become a valued member of our Risk & Training team.

You would be ideally suited for this role if you have administrative, training, or customer service experience in a community services or service delivery organisation. Qualifications and/or experience in Training & Assessment, Disability or Aged Care would also be highly desirable.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Coordination of workgroup training.
- Preparing and maintaining training documentation.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure support workers complete training activities per policy.
- Manging the training room environment pre and post training workshops.
- Ensuring support worker training is completed in line with established KPI's.
- Collaborate to review and amend workgroup systems, practices and documentation with continuous improvement focus.
- Assist the General Manager Risk & Training with administration and projects as required.
