**Your Role as a Team Leader**:

- Help lead and inspire a team of passionate burger enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and dining experiences.
- Assist in coordinating operations, ensuring efficient workflow, food preparation, and service to meet high-quality standards.
- Assist in mentoring team members to enhance their skills and uphold Grill'd's values and standards.
- Aid management in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment, following health and safety protocols.
- Be at the forefront of managing guests feedback, and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with management to maintain menu offerings, and contribute to a positive work culture.
