**Overview**

A challenging career opportunity is available for a Risk Manager to join the Line 2 Risk Team in this renowned Financial Services organisation.

The primary objective of this position is to enhance and integrate risk management practices while partnering with Line 1 Risk teams to establish and mature the operating model and establish a BAU operating rhythm.

The role will be broad working across multiple risk processes, and will enable you the opportunity to be strategic as well as hands on.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- The Financial Services industry background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior in-depth knowledge of non-financial risk management, such as regulatory risk, operational risk, conduct risk, and compliance.
- Understanding of essential risk management processes is a must.
- Adaptability, critical thinking, problem-solving skills are highly valued for this role.
- Proactive approach towards achieving outcomes and work efficiently as an individual.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- A related tertiary qualification in Legal, Compliance, Risk or Business is highly desirable.
