Project / HR Administrator - Construction Industry
- Narangba Location
- $65,000-$80,000+ Super

**About Them**:
**ACRWORLD** are excited to be working exclusively with a leading construction company who have been operating for over 2 decades. Specialising across marine construction, this business is looking for a superstar Administrator for Head Office in Brisbane.

**The Role**:
Reporting into The
**Project Manager / Finance Manager** you will see your day extremely diverse
- HR Administration - All inductions/onboarding - medicals, checklists, employee qualification records, recruitment and compliance
- Office management - Booking flights & accommodation, general maintenance and smooth running of the office, managing sub-contractors, taking phone calls & enquiries, deliveries, mail & couriers & assistance to the MD with adhoc needs
- Safety & Environment quality - reports for any injuries, report any workplace hazards, understanding of emergency procedures & comply with management system policies and procedures
- Work alongside current Project Administrator
- Assist site workers with general requests for documentation/stationery.
- Document updating and control along with archiving of paperwork for
finished projects
- Set up of new projects including filing of all relevant paperwork with client onboarding platforms etc.
- Collect relevant data from PM’s to prepare and submit monthly project
progress claims to clients by due date
- Copy invoices as directed for project claims and assets.
- Assist finance with creating new & updating existing insurance policies.
- Provide administrative support to Plant Managers
- Entering data into online Upvise system
- Obtaining and entering the hourly usage of equipment each week for
projects
- Maintaining documents for equipment (service dockets etc)
- Assist with obtaining supplier quotations for equipment purchases, repairs, transport etc.

**Selection Criteria**
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced user across Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- HR Experience
- Team Player
- Can do attitude
- Driver’s license **(ESSENTIAL)**:

- Cert IV or Diploma in Administration and or Business/ Project management
- 3-5 years in similar role
- Construction experience is **ESSENTIAL**:

- **Construction Industry Safety Card**
