The Spray Seal Spreader Driver is a key position in our team, responsible for operating and maintaining asphalt seal spreader trucks and related equipment to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Main Responsibilities- Clean and assess surface conditions by operating and maintaining asphalt seal spreader trucks and equipment.
- Apply sealant according to specifications and safety regulations, conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless project execution and maintain a safe working environment through adherence to safety protocols.
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required for this role, with opportunities to upgrade to an HR license for the right candidate.
- Prior experience in asphalt spray sealing or a related field is preferred, but not necessary; strong knowledge of road construction and maintenance practices is essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role, as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
