
Sharing & Recoveries Advisor

**What you’ll do**:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of managed and non-managed sharing claims in accordance with legislative, regulatory, and procedural guidelines to achieve cost effective and timely claim resolutions.
- Pursue potential recoveries by obtaining supporting financial information from relevant parties and negotiating the necessary terms and conditions in support of positive outcomes.
- Ensure timeliness of recovery payments and maintain details of recovery payments on relevant databases.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and claims management strategies.
- Collaborates across and within teams and builds strong relationships with customers to match the right solution to each customer’s needs - placing the customer at the heart of decisions.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to the legislative authority, employers, and injured workers through compliance with legislation, timely response times and efficiency in processing.
- Maintain a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members and third parties to find solutions consistent with their needs and business objectives.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Knowledge of CTP, workers compensation or a legal background would be well regarded.
- High attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience with a commitment to delivering high quality solutions within required timeframes.
- Ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner.
- Planning and organisation skills - establishing a process to complete tasks (either personal or for others) and allocating appropriate resources in achievement of same.
- Ability to implement the necessary tools and techniques to effectively balance and manage priorities.
- Demonstrate people skills and a customer service outlook in decision making and processing activities, that contributes towards the effectiveness of departments supported by the team and meets their scorecard goals.
