**Your new role**
You will be an experienced Case Management Support Officer and will be required to provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in matters, associated correspondence and organising assessments and may undertake some research and analysis activities.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and registering new matters.
- Actioning and directing correspondence.
- Analysing and assessing Applications.
- Preparing and filing documents as required for Applications received within strict time frames.
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.
- Organising assessments to support the decision making process for case managers.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in case management support
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Profound written and verbal communication skills
- Skill to read or extract information quickly and concisely
- Due to the nature of this department, you must be an Australian Citizen.
