**LiftRite's Hire Department offers an extensive range of forklifts, skid steer loaders, rubber track loaders, mini excavators, and rough terrain materials handling equipment for short and long term hire.**

To continue our ongoing success in this market, we are looking for a customer focussed, high performing Hire Administrator to ensure the hire fleet is readily available for hire and maintained in optimum operating condition.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Hire Manager, you will be:

- Liaising with the Workshop Supervisor about hire fleet units in the workshop for repairs and maintenance;
- Liaising with the Field Service Supervisor about the effective repair and maintenance of the hire fleet in and around the Perth metropolitan area
- Liaising with Service Agents / Repairers for timely attendance to breakdowns of the hire fleet through out WA.
- Ensure hire units are prepared in keeping with relevant standards and regulations
- Monitor and maintain fleet maintenance plans and service schedules
- Responsible for ensuring on hire/ off hire checks are completed, hire units are returned on dates agreed, report any damage or abuse at off hire to the Hire Manager
- Establish and maintain customer relationships; plan regular visits, inspect machines to determine faults/swap outs, site visits to inspect long term hire units

**The successful applicants will have**
- Preferred experience in a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and machinery industry background would be an advantage but not essential
- Current Drivers Licence
- High Risk Work Licence - LF (Forklift)Class, desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, with limited supervision and as part of a team
