**ADENCO **is currently on the lookout for a Asset/Hire Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis in Western Australia.

**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hire ADENCO internal plant across our projects
- Coordinate and hire external plant across our projects
- Update and maintain equipment registers and tracking sheets
- Track the utilisation of plant using ADENCO systems
- Liaise with external hire companies
- Procure and manage external hire equipment, including sourcing plant, issuing PO's, and approving invoices
- Coordinate logistics
- Ensure servicing is tracked and completed as required
- Generate monthly reports

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using an ERP/CRM or Project Management Systems is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in plant is not necessary, however it is desirable
