About the Role
The ANZ CX Team is responsible for delivering seamless experiences for our
customers through policy creation, product launches, automations and strategic
initiatives. This role in the Consumer team is perfect for those who enjoy creating
efficiency in operations, have specialised knowledge in Consumer processes + policies
and skills in continuous improvement programs. In this role you will be digging into the
data, customer accounts, surfacing insights and working cross-functionally to deliver a
great customer experience.
What You’ll Do:

- Manage day-to-day consumer operations for Uber Riders & Eaters (Consumers)
- Investigate and audit customer accounts across: trip history, payment, risk, fraud

& safety
- Lead consumer product implementations in CX
- Be a leader within our customer support network to drive experience
- Lead cross-functional projects to identify and execute continuous improvement

fixes
- Be the POC for high escalation issues

What You’ll Need:

- 2-3 years of experience (consulting, accounting, customer experience all desired)
- Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that surprise and

delight
- Ability to break down complex problems, diagnose opportunities and implement

solutions
- Investigation and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and multitasking

Base Salary: $80,000 - 90,000 + Superannuation

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
