Recruitment - Network Partnerships

An exciting opportunity has become available in our ADF HS Network Partnership team This is a hybrid role and can be based out of our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane office locations when not working from home.

At Bupa we are proud to provide integrated and seamless end-to-end health support to 85,000 Australia Defence Force (ADF) personnel across 52 facilities.

In this role you will be responsible for generating, strategically sourcing and recruiting suitable health care personnel to the ADF Health Services Contract network. Ensuring the “sufficiency” of Medical Specialists and Allied Health Providers that deliver specialist services is a key strategic priority of the Australian Defence Force Health Services Contract (ADFHSC).

**How will I help?
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Source, engage and negotiate provider rates with suitable providers to ensure a sufficient network of providers that will support the provision of heath care services to ADF members.
- Develop and maintain reports to share meaningful data insights to inform recruitment activity and network performance against Bupa ADFHSC contractual obligations.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly KPI reporting and insights.
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience for providers.
- Promote the use of iRBS (Bupa’s intelligent Referral and Booking System) to facilitate timely delivery of clinical reporting and payment of invoices.
- Ensure recruitment policies and procedures drive provider engagement, experience and retention.
- Provide and maintain a high level of customer service and account management to providers and their practice staff who comprise the Bupa ADFHSC network of providers.

**What do I need?**
- Ideally at least 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment environment that involves contract negation.
- Ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong administrative and time management skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments across a range of disciplines.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround times (SLA’s/ KPI’s)..
- Willingness to learn and take onboard feedback and make relevant changes
