**The role**:
In this role you will be supporting the planning, development and administration for staff daily allocations in consultation with your management team.

You will be responsible for coordinating rosters for staff across all homes within Warrigal, ensuring a cost effective and timely allocation of shifts.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Sound knowledge of Rostering/ Time Capture systems including experience undertaking systems administration functions to keep the rostering system up to date
- Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- Experience working in a customer service role, with particular knowledge of best practice rostering procedures in complex, multidisciplinary 24/7 industry
- The availability to work within the business span from 5.30am to 8.00pm over a 7 day shift roster
