Immediately needed opportunity for a HR Admin wanting to hit the ground running and grow their HR career

**Your new company**
Our client manages aged care facilities throughout Australia and has an office based centrally on the Gold Coast. A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Admin to join their team as soon as possible on a temporary basis for the next 2 weeks to help run a comprehensive file audit and needs someone with an exceptional attention to detail.

**Your new role**
This busy role will see you responsible for:

- Reporting into the Director of People & Culture
- Reporting and administrative tasks for the HR team
- Preparing and amending HR documents
- Organising and maintaining employee records
- Assisting the team with other HR tasks as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

- A drive to progress your career in the Human Resources space within a nation-wide business
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Recent HR Administration experience and/or tertiary qualifications (desirable)
- Be a data-driven individual
- You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
