A great opportunity is available for temp work in recruitment and HR with a leading aviation company.

**Your new company**

Our client is an Australia wide business working in the aviation industry. A rare opportunity has arisen for a part-time recruiter to join their high performing, fun and dynamic people and culture team on a temporary basis.

**Your new role**

As the Recruiter you will be tasked with providing recruitment and sourcing guidance, advise and support to the business. You will be reporting into the Manager of People and Culture, and you will be driving the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all vacant roles are filled in line with business expectations
- Managing end to end recruitment including running interviews, inductions and on
- boarding
- Preparation of employment agreements and on
- boarding documentation
- Advertise roles and manage the role in the recruitment system
- Managing addition HR Admin tasks
- Carry out any additional duties requested by the National HR Manager.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies
- Ability to stay organised with an excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation and impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
