**About the role**
As a Manager of Organisational Change, you will be accountable for the end-to-end change journey. You will lead, develop and evaluate all processes associated with the organisational change process. Your focus will be on the change journey which will start at the beginning of an organisational design, all the way through to stand up and transition. Working closely with the Project Management team, you will identity any risks throughout the process and ensure the team adhere to best practices.
**About You**
You will bring to the team your high-level management skills and experience supporting a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of an exciting change management program. You will be at the centre of all decision making with the Project Manager, working hand in hand with your design sponsor. You will need to have proven experience of leading complex change programs. You will leverage your change expertise and balance it with tangible deliverables required during the project journey. You will be responsible for developing several key change artefacts including change management plans, thematic response documents, change strategies and change plans.
You will be passionate about developing a high-performing team, aligned to the core values of integrity, collaboration, excellence and a customer first attitude through effective leadership and support.
