**About the role**
The Manager of Education Readiness leads the development and implementation of strategies, systems, and processes that drive the effective execution of TAFE NSW's education and training delivery plan. The role is essential in ensuring TAFE NSW is strategically aligned and operationally prepared to deliver services, ensuring education and training delivery occurs in line with the established plan.
