**About the role at ING**

You'll support the development of a well-defined risk management framework and exceptional risk culture across our business through the implementation and embedding of an end to end capability framework and process. You'll develop and implement a sustainable approach to assessing risk capability needs; identify, develop and support capability initiatives; and track risk capability uplifts within the Risk Management department, and across the organization, ultimately ensuring learning solutions are delivered and meet desired outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Risk Management Policies and Procedures - Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization
- Risk Identification and Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks
- Risk Monitoring - Monitor risk levels and report potential risks to senior management and other stakeholders
