**How Will I Help?**
Our Group Risk Culture team are currently seeking a talented and engaging Manager for Risk Capability, to support the design, development, delivery, implementation, reporting and continuous improvement of all learning and development assets associated with the Risk Capability and aligned curriculum
This role will work closely with working with a variety of teams to contribute to the design, implementation, and embedment of risk learning solutions across the Westpac Group.
This role will be actively involved in the CORE (Customer Outcomes Risk Excellence) Program across a variety of risk capability deliverables in CORE Workstream (WS) 6, ‘Risk Roles and Capability’ and other applicable Workstreams.
- Contributing to learning needs analysis and constructively challenge as necessary to enable design and delivery of high-quality risk learning programs
- In partnership with capability colleagues and SMEs, take ownership of managing the development of training material, facilitation guides, and online content to deliver risk learning programs.
- Contribute to driving continuous improvement through both content enhancement and technology
- Contribute to the execution and implementation of the delivery of the risk learning curriculum, ensuring it aligns to the requirements for the CORE Program.
- Contribute to maintenance of risk learning assets
- Uphold the brand values of ‘Risk Learning’ and extend and develop where necessary to support a cohesive product offering.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to undertake development needs research, rationale and present
- Partner with third party learning providers to design and deliver global best practice learning solutions
- Participate in cross team/divisional working groups
- Role model constructive self-leadership to create and sustain a vision and culture of continuous improvement where people strive for success.
- In partnership with capability colleagues and SMEs, manage and track the implementation of learning solutions across various delivery platforms.
- Continually monitor effectiveness of capability programs and drive improvement through relevant channels.
- Operate within governance and program management practices to contribute to the delivery of the risk learning curriculum and other related CORE Workstream risk learning activities.

**Knowledge & Experience**:
Ideally you will bring:
- Preferably 4+ years combined experience in learning and development disciplines, which may have been acquired through learning or non-learning roles
- Knowledge in capability frameworks, creative design & delivery of L&D programs and activities - Some risk management experience
- Good understanding of emerging technologies in L&D field
- Tertiary qualifications in business/learning related discipline (desired)
- Strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience in performance consulting.
- Highly developed analytical skills
- A self-leading mindset, able to effectively manage your time to produce quality outputs
- You will be driven to deliver, with a proven ability to deliver the best possible results for the organisation; and shows determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this
- A growth mindset - someone who is willing to see what’s always been done & is curious to find ways to significantly improve it.
