The Employee Technology group provides “the backbone of amazing technology experiences” through driving and delivering positive end user experiences. The group comprises of the following core areas:

- IT Service Desk and Technology Smart Hub
- End User Computing
- Collaboration Tools
- Employee Experience & Training
- Audio Visual and Video Conferencing

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide face-to-face IT support to end-users at the Smart Bar, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installations, and configurations.- Provide guidance and training to end-users on using technology tools, systems, and software.- Assist with managing and maintaining equipment inventory, including tracking repairs, replacements, and warranties.- Document and maintain support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Demonstrated experience providing IT support in a face-to-face setting, such as a help desk, service desk, or Smart Bar.- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices, including experience troubleshooting and resolving issues.- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical end-users.- Experience with ticketing systems and documenting support requests and resolutions.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of ITIL framework, IT service management principles, and best practices is a plus.
