This independent statutory authority, established by the Australian Federal Government, is seeking multiple APS5 Legal Practice & Capabilitys Officer to join them for a 12-month period.

**Your new role**

The APS5 Legal Practice and Capability
- Recruitment will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Providing expertise and advice in specialist areas, contributing towards the Agency’s programs, activities, outcomes and initiatives.
- Internal and external stakeholder relationships, achieving work area and agency goals by providing administrative and other support.
- Managing and completing administrative functions for operational support roles within the work area.
- Providing support with preparation of written documentation, internal and external communication, briefs, policy and strategy documents and training materials.
- Providing assistance and advice on policy and procedural documents with the specialised work area.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent administration skills. Working with SharePoint.
- Good time management skills
- Recruitment coordination experience preferred.
- Understanding of procurement and contracts.
- You must be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN.

**What you'll get in return**

- Hybrid working arrangements.
- $55 an hour plus super.
