**Responsibilities**
- Be aware of new product lines when they are introduced, and generate initial leads to market groups.
- Support the marketing team in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, retention and cross-selling initiatives.
- Communicate with internal Sales staff to ensure that new leads are followed through and successfully converted.
- Build an agile, strategic approach for digital marketing, including creating blogs and social media content
- Have an awareness of brand culture and value metrics, and maintain same over a variety of platforms including social media and in preparation for expos and other industrial showcases

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Reporting and analytical skills to be able to measure campaign results.
- Experience developing marketing copy.
- Demonstrated willingness to embrace organisational change including use of modern technology and an ability to analyse and problem-solve in the context of change and continuous improvement.
