**About the Role**

Join our vibrant team as a Corporate Administration Officer, where your adaptability and customer focus will shine This **part-time, permanent** role is designed for flexibility, offering a job share arrangement with hours from Wednesday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Serving as the main liaison for internal and external clients, you will play a crucial role in assisting leaders within the ACT’s community services sector.

**About You**:

- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a dedication to confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, Working with Vulnerable People registration, current National Police Check, and a current driver’s license.

**The right person will have**:

- Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (both verbal and written) and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
- Computer literacy, particularly the Microsoft suite of products.
- Ability to maintain accurate relevant records.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team (self-motivated).
