**About the role**:
The YWCA Canberra has positions available in our Early Childhood Education Learning Centre’s.

We are looking for Trainee, Certificate III and Diploma qualified educators who are passionate about early childhood education and care or looking into a starting point for your future. Our educators build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the local community. Most importantly, you will make a difference to the lives of children in our care.

**About You**:
This position is suitable for you if you:

- Are seeking to start your new career in early education.
- Have a strong working ethic.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, and a warm and friendly nature.
- Awareness of maintaining a safe workplace, and working within a compliance framework
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Hold or willingness to obtain a current Working with Children’s Check (NSW)
- A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
