Australian Dog Grooming School is the longest-running dog grooming school in Australia. We’re a small, passionate team dedicated to providing top-quality grooming education in a fun and supportive environment. As a growing business, we’re looking for a creative and self-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to take the reins on our marketing efforts.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Own our Social Media** - Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms.
- **Run Ads** - Manage FB, IG, and Google ads to increase reach and engagement.
- **Create Standout Content** - Develop compelling written and visual content that aligns with our brand.
- **Capture Course Moments** - Take photos during courses to showcase student progress.
- **Keep Our Website Fresh** - Update content and ensure a great user experience using WIX
- **Design Marketing Materials** - Use Canva & Capcut to create graphics, brochures, and more (or suggest your preferred design tools)
- **Send Engaging Newsletters** - Craft updates that excite our audience.
- **Understand SEO Best Practices** - Optimise website content for better visibility.
- **Be Your Own Boss** - Manage your time, priorities, and projects independently.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Passionate Marketer** - You love crafting creative and effective campaigns.
- **Marketing Experience** - You’ve been in a marketing role and know your stuff.
- **Independent & Self-Motivated** - You take initiative and thrive in a role with freedom.
- **Social Media Pro** - You understand best practices, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- **Strong Copywriting Skills** - You can write scroll-stopping captions, newsletters, and web content.
- **Creative Eye** - Basic/intermediate graphic design skills to create social media and marketing materials.
- **Problem-Solver & Quick Learner** - You’re resourceful, proactive, and not afraid to figure things out when faced with new challenges.
- **Portfolio Required** - Be ready to showcase your past work during interviews.

**Bonus Skills (Not Essential, but Great to Have)**:

- Experience using Metricool for scheduling & analytics and WIX for websites
- Dog grooming or pet industry knowledge (because you’ll be surrounded by them).
