Physiobrains Physiotherapy is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced allied health or medical receptionist to join our multi-specialty physio team We offer high quality physiotherapy services to patients at various medical centres across Brisbane and Greater Brisbane areas.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Prior experience in the allied health/medical field is preferred.
- Experience with Medicare, DVA and Private Health Fund claims through HICAPS.
- Excellent telephone manner and exceptional customer care service.
- Oversight of multiple practitioner bookings and schedules at various sites (highly essential).
- Ability to multitask, be proactive and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, with an ability to use Microsoft Office seamlessly. Use of Power Diary Software
- an added advantage, however not essential, training will be provided.
- Warm and friendly personality, and passionate with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and also independently.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
