**About the opportunity**:

- ** 1 x Full Time Dental Receptionists to work Monday to Friday (must be available for some Thursday evening and Saturday shifts)**

**The heart of the role**:

- Warmly greeting patients, creating an excellent initial impression
- Scheduling and adjusting appointments, managing calls, and updating records
- Assisting the Practice Manager and clinical team in practice management
- Informing patients about dental services and promotions
- Managing payments
- Handling sensitive information while upholding patient confidentiality

**What you'll bring**:

- ** 6 months**+ experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist preferred but not essential
- Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
- Strong customer care focus. It is a very busy practice and time management will be crucial
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Maturity and reliability
- Passionate about customer service/patient care
- Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
