Perth, Australia Project Human Resources Full time

Our client is seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join their small yet high performing team in the civil construction space. Experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded.

**The role**
- Provide guidance and collaborate with the team to align with company direction in the recruitment space, setting targets and strategies to achieve them.
- Use varied recruitment tools to attract both blue
- and white-collar personnel.
- Generate intentional job design to align role descriptions with position requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including panel interviews and assessments.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Prepare onboarding and employment offers.
- Other additional HR duties as required - including but not limited to general HR reporting, onboarding, offboarding.

**Education and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience in related field - necessary.
- Both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment experience.
- At least two years internal recruitment experience in a civil construction/mining services/mining/manufacturing industry.
- Problem solving skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
