**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**

As a **Recruitment Coordinator**, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by implementing innovative recruitment strategies and delivering an exceptional hiring experience.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- ** Partner**with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs
- ** Identify and build** strong talent pools for current and future business needs
- ** Develop & execute** creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- ** Enhance and promote** employer branding through social media, career expos and community engagement
- ** Manage** the end-to-end recruitment process for both Blue Collar and White Collar roles

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar role (Internal recruitment highly preferable)
- Heavy Lifting knowledge highly desirable but not mandatory
- A proactive and innovative approach to souring and hiring
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a strategic mindset
- A passion for developing and enforcing employer branding
- Strong organizational and communication skills
