The role:
The L&OD Adviser is a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of learning and organisational capability initiatives. The role collaborates with the L&OD team on programs and projects and is responsible for the project and event management of national programs and initiatives.

This is a permanent opportunity in a highly collaborative team. You will project manage our flagship Excellence Programs and other core national programs. This is a great opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement projects and embedding our refreshed evaluation metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

- Project manage Excellence Programs and other core national programs (such as clerks and graduates) including evaluation and reporting on budgets
- Co-ordinate and host our local clerk and graduate orientation programs, facilitating sessions where appropriate
- Develop internal communication to key stakeholders, devise / collate presentations and create participant materials where required
- Proactively manage and update the national programs calendar, working with vendors and suppliers to secure venues, facilitators etc.
- Manage participant logistics, arranging travel and accommodation for interstate employees
- Working in project groups on employee experience, internal branding presence and the integration of digital learning

About you:

- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Learning Management System SABA (advantageous)
- Qualifications in Adult Education / Human Resources / Organisational Behaviour or Psychology (advantageous)
- Previous L&OD experience in a similar role (preferred)
