Our client has been established for 20 years and is fast-growing with expertise in residential, commercial, industrial, and aged care sectors. Due to the growth, they have experienced, an opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join the company, someone ambitious who is potentially wanting part ownership in the business in the future.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and review small scale class 1a and 10a building project documentation and regulatory compliance assessment reports.
- Review large scale class 1a and 10a projects, small scale class 2-9 building fit out project documentation and regulatory compliance assessment reports prepared by junior staff.
- Attend various site inspections mentoring junior staff.
- Attend to all building surveying matters.
- Answer customer telephone queries.
- General customer service and client liaison.

You must have excellent attention to detail with a willingness to self-educate and become part of a fast-growing business.
