You will recruit, coach and elevate your team to deliver a superior banking experience, ultimately contributing to the branch's, and our customers’, success. This is a full-time, branch-based role and the hours are across and inclusive of **Monday**to**Friday**. **What will I need?** - Strong **leadership**experience, ideally gained in a Retail Banking environment (preferred, not essential) - Proven experience of holding accountability for **risk**and **compliance**, staff **performance**and **customer**experience - **High-energy**, with an ability to **inspire**and **motivate**a diverse team - Experience of working to fulfil **business**performance targets**and **spur growth**: - Ability to effectively **de-escalate**and address challenging situations by using strong **communication**and **problem-solving**skills At Westpac, we’re committed to your success from day one.
