Smart Water is a dynamic new team at Intellihub, driving the future of innovation with water suppliers. Our team is pioneering a new smart water offering in Australia and New Zealand to support the transformation of water utilities into integrated digital utilities with intelligent networks. As the Smart Water Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping this future - leading the delivery of pilot programs, advising on water industry best practices, and supporting the growth and operational success of this innovative team.

Your Key Accountabilities
- Lead the successful delivery of customer pilot programs across Australia and New Zealand
- Support new business development initiatives and customer engagement
- Liaise with field teams to ensure safe and effective deployment of smart water solutions
- Help shape regulatory submissions and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with water utilities, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners
- Represent Intellihub in presentations, proposals, and tenders

**Qualifications**
You thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments, and revel in problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions that meet and exceed customer needs. As a people-person, you enjoy engaging with customers, suppliers and staff and can articulate a compelling proposition to your audience to win them over.
- Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in water utilities or consulting in Australia and/or New Zealand
- Proven ability to lead projects, engage with stakeholders and deliver results
- Strong industry knowledge and established networks within the water sector
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- A customer-first mindset, with commercial savvy and a solutions focus
- Comfortable navigating change and driving innovation
