We have numerous ongoing civil projects available and are seeking a Water Cart Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Water Carts across various civil construction sites.
  • Assist with general labouring duties as required on-site.
  • Work independently and take initiative while also contributing to a strong team environment.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and teammates.
  • Support and uphold our commitment to Quality, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and Environmental standards.

Role Requirements:

  • A current White Card
  • A valid Statement of Attainment (SOA) and/or Verification of Competency (VOC) for Water Cart.
  • Proven experience operating Water Carts – ideally with a minimum of 2+ years on civil sites.
  • The ability to work both unsupervised and collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
